Booking a Class

If you wish to book a place in one of our classes, you may do so via our website or by calling 01227 714 714.

You will receive an email confirmation and all details required to attend the class once payment has been completed.

Payment

Payment can be made via Paypal online or over the telephone by calling 01227 714 714. We regret we cannot accept cheques.

Refund Policy

Once you have reserved your place and made payment, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund if you choose to cancel your booking. Our classes are booked up fairly quickly, so unless you can send someone else in your place, please make sure you can attend when you make the booking.

If we have to cancel the class we will offer you an alternative date for the same class (or an alternate course if you prefer). If for any reason we cannot reschedule that class we will offer you a refund in full to the value of the class you paid for.

Classes

We have taken every care to ensure the descriptions and photographs on our website accurately represent the quality of our work, and what you can expect from each class.

Video and photography

We may occasionally video the class, and take photos of the cakes produced by class members. If you do not wish to appear in such promotional material, please let us know!

Copyright of our cake designs

During each class we will teach a number of skills that you can apply to our own cakes after the class. You are free to use any of our designs on your cakes. However, if you intend to run a cake decorating class, you may not use the designs that you learn during one of Sweetie Darling's classes. If you run classes, or intend to teach in the future, then you may not use any of Sweetie Darling's materials such as instructional leaflets, class format, photographs, videos, teaching technique or notes for your own classes.
