In one day we will learn to split, fill and ice our cakes smoothly and professionally, make our own sugar decorations, hand model a loveable teddy bear and, the most skilled bit, pipe a message!
This is a fantastic course to find your feet with cake decorating or just boost the skills you already have.
I supply your cake, icing and all equipment on this course so you just need an apron and some lunch then you can take your cake home as a Valentine's treat for your loved one (or don't tell anyone and keep it for yourself!)

About Our Courses
All of our courses are run in our teaching rooms near Canterbury and we offer only 8 places per course so that we can ensure, that if needed, you get the one to one tuition to make you as confident as possible in creating your masterpieces!
The price of each course includes all the icings and edible materials, buttercream, and the use of all the equipment needed. You only need to bring an apron (and sometimes a cake).
