Professional Baking Demo Morning
When you give someone a cake, no matter how beautiful the decoration is they will remember the taste, whether it's beautifully moist, or it's crumbly and dry, which we don't want!
During the morning I will reveal the secrets to baking perfect cakes every time. I will demonstrate mixing and baking vanilla sponge, chocolate fudge cake, rich fruit cake and cookie favours then show you how to look after your cakes when they come out of the oven.
You will get a copy of the recipes to take home and use for your own cakes and favours!

About Our Courses
All of our courses are run in our teaching rooms near Canterbury and we offer only 8 places per course so that we can ensure, that if needed, you get the one to one tuition to make you as confident as possible in creating your masterpieces!
The price of each course includes all the icings and edible materials, buttercream, and the use of all the equipment needed. You only need to bring an apron (and sometimes a cake).
