Princess Cake
Sweetie Darling will bake a delicious cake ready for you on your arrival then we will learn how to split and fill the cake with luxurious buttercream and use some of the more unusual techniques to cover the cake. We will work to achieve a fabric effect for the princess dress and make delicate sugar frills to add detail, finishing off with pretty sugar decorations made by you. We teach you the skills and the design of the dress is yours to play with, this is such a lovely day! We supply everything on this course and the use of all equipment needed so all you need to bring is your apron.

About Our Courses
All of our courses are run in our teaching rooms near Canterbury and we offer only 8 places per course so that we can ensure, that if needed, you get the one to one tuition to make you as confident as possible in creating your masterpieces!
The price of each course includes all the icings and edible materials, buttercream, and the use of all the equipment needed. You only need to bring an apron (and sometimes a cake).
