Pretty Parcel Cake
Learn to split, fill and ice your square cake to a smooth, professional finish. Then decorate your cake like a real parcel, with a big fabric bow, ribbons, stars/circles/hearts and a gift tag - all made from sugar! In just one day we will use sugarpaste, modelling paste and flower paste! We supply your cake, all buttercream, icings, boards, boxes and we provide the use of all equipment needed. All you need to bring is your apron.

About Our Courses
All of our courses are run in our teaching rooms near Canterbury and we offer only 8 places per course so that we can ensure, that if needed, you get the one to one tuition to make you as confident as possible in creating your masterpieces!
The price of each course includes all the icings and edible materials, buttercream, and the use of all the equipment needed. You only need to bring an apron (and sometimes a cake).
