First Things First: The Finale
The final stage of First Things First! This 3 week evening course will enable you to create the perfect stacked cake and give you the skills to make beautiful wedding cakes.
We will work with 2 tiers, learning to split, fill and ice them in the lesson achieving that smooth, professional finish. You will learn to stack your cakes properly, pipe beautiful detail onto each tier and add delicate handmade sugar roses, finishing off the design with ribbon. We will be working on one madeira cake and one dummy cake.
We supply your cakes and all buttercream, icings, boards and boxes, and provide the use of all equipment needed. All you need to bring is your apron.

About Our Courses
All of our courses are run in our teaching rooms near Canterbury and we offer only 8 places per course so that we can ensure, that if needed, you get the one to one tuition to make you as confident as possible in creating your masterpieces!
The price of each course includes all the icings and edible materials, buttercream, and the use of all the equipment needed. You only need to bring an apron (and sometimes a cake).
