First Things First: Follow On
The second stage of our First Things First Course will give you the skills to create this pretty parcel cake.
Now you feel confident using sugarpaste this is the perfect follow on. Sweetie Darling will bake a delicious cake ready for you on your arrival then we will learn how to split and fill the cake with luxurious buttercream and learn to cover a square cake. We will then spend the evenings decorating your cake like a real parcel, with a big fabric bow, ribbons, stars and a gift tag - all made from sugar! We will use sugarpaste, modelling paste, flower paste and pastillage!
I supply everything on this course and the use of all equipment needed so all you need to bring is your apron.

About Our Courses
All of our courses are run in our teaching rooms near Canterbury and we offer only 8 places per course so that we can ensure, that if needed, you get the one to one tuition to make you as confident as possible in creating your masterpieces!
The price of each course includes all the icings and edible materials, buttercream, and the use of all the equipment needed. You only need to bring an apron (and sometimes a cake).
