Cake Sculpting - Handbag
Sweetie Darling will supply your sponge cake and demonstrate how to split, fill and carve professionally. The theme is a handbag and handbags come in all sorts of shapes so you may choose whatever bag shape you'd like, then we will cover our cakes in sugarpaste and decorate with our own handmade sugar decorations.
I supply everything, your cake, sugarpaste and all equipment we will use so you just need to bring an apron!

About Our Courses
All of our courses are run in our teaching rooms near Canterbury and we offer only 8 places per course so that we can ensure, that if needed, you get the one to one tuition to make you as confident as possible in creating your masterpieces!
The price of each course includes all the icings and edible materials, buttercream, and the use of all the equipment needed. You only need to bring an apron (and sometimes a cake).
