About Sweetie Darling
Sweetie Darling Cake Decorating School was created from my passion for sugarcraft and my desire to share this passion with those who also love cake decorating.
I have been teaching cake decorating courses for the last 2 years and have had nothing but enjoyment after filling hundreds of budding cake decorators with the confidence to create beautiful and professional cakes.
I have trained on cake decorating courses myself, having completed diplomas in sugarpaste, sugar flowers and royal icing and earning myself my Master’s Certificate in Cake Decorating. I remember my first course and how nervous I was when I turned up, it took a while for me to feel comfortable but as soon as I did I knew this was what I wanted to do forever. I always teach my courses with this in mind, I want to show you how enjoyable cake decorating is and how achievable professional results can be with the right tuition.
At Sweetie Darling, I limit all my courses to 8 places per course. This allows me to deliver a very personal, friendly service to ensure you get all the one to one tuition you require.
All of our courses are run in our teaching room near Canterbury and we offer only 8 places per course so that we can ensure, that if needed, you get the one to one tuition to make you as confident as possible in creating your masterpieces!
The price of each course includes all the icings and edible materials, buttercream, and the use of all the equipment needed. You only need to bring an apron.
